The training program has been structured to
achieve a number of objectives. Upon completing
this program, the participants will know how to:

The existing paradigm of presentations is broken. Our assumptions and methods are wrong. It is time, and the
need too, to abandon old practices.
To plan is to succeed; the right assumptions, approach and tools are made available, and their appropriate
use is addressed here.
Preparation involves working on the message and the data that must be used as evidence to support and
strengthen the message.
Packaging a presentation is more than graphic design, it also understanding how we consume and retain
information. It’s the coming together of art with science.
Presenting the message to an audience involves knowing voice control, body language and the ability to
satisfactorily answer tough questions.
We deliver training that provides a right blend of theory and practice, which stems from its ideology of building on practical skills with a
solid foundation of theory to help harness the latent potential of incumbents and leverage the
same to meet organisational goals.
The training programs are modular and can be quickly customised to suit the needs of the audience.

flagship program is Impactful Presentation Skills - The Art & Science of Effective Presentations.
This two-day training program is
designed to deliver practical advice to the participants for delivering successful presentations; presentations that get the audience to act on the information presented.
The training program uses the KNOLedge 5P Approach© to Impactful Presentations as the
foundation. This approach is based on years of experience of working with presentations and
research.
We have a content development team that develops and designs
content for a variety applications. As a team we specialise in design
and development of L&D content. The other areas of content
development are content for marketing, sales, PR, Employee
Newsletters, Annual Reports, etc. We never loses sight of the fact
that the audience must be provided only that information which is
relevant and not all that can be. And then all of this is packaged in a
design that is user friendly and pleasing to the eye. The
cornerstones of great content never change. They are simplicity,
brevity and clarity
Despite the dismal quality of presentations, a vast majority of
companies still use ‘slideware’ as their most common sales tool. It
is estimated that three out of four sales persons globally have used
presentations at some point in their career. And tragically most of
them are mind-numbing, dull and boring. Because contrary to
conventional wisdom, presentation development and design is not
intuitive.
So a well structured and designed presentation can mean the
difference between winning that next deal or “just missing out”.
